Tim Chapin, the owner, came out same-day to address an issue I was having with one of our doors. Excellent service. During the visit I asked about replacing all three Garage Door Opener units as ours were noisy, 25- year old units. Tim provided a very reasonable quote and a week later, Tim’s son Thayne came out and professionally installed the units. Super service, polite, professional and we are extremely pleased with our upgrade. The LiftMaster 6580L units are incredibly smooth and extremely quiet. I’m very happy with both our decision to upgrade our garage door opener’s and even more pleased with the service of Tim, Thayne, and Eastern Iowa Overhead Door. 👍🏼
